Product Description

HLP-0100 is a unique lipase produced from excellent strains of bacteria through submerged fermentation and refining processes. It exhibits very high enzyme activity and conversion rates, enabling it to perform enzyme-catalyzed reactions under mild conditions to generate esters using acids and alcohols as substrates.

HLP-0100 is designed for liquor flavor enhancement, specifically for the rich and fragrant flavor.

Application and Benefits
HLP-0100 is used in the synthesis of total ester flavor substances in liquor production to improve the overall quality of liquor.
Using HLP-0100 in liquor production can offer the following benefits:
  • High lipase enzymatic activity and good catalytic performance
  • No need to adjust pH, easy to operate
  • Catalyze the reaction of carboxylic acids such as caproic acid and butyric acid with ethanol to produce ethyl caproate, ethyl butyrate, etc.
  • Improve the taste and aroma of rich and fragrant liquor, and increase the yield of high-quality liquor

Packaging, Storage & Shelf-life
  • 20kg kraft paper bags or cardboard drums. Customized packaging is available upon request.
  • Typical shelf-life is 12 months provided being stored at 025°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, and protected from the sunlight. Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may lead to a higher dosage requirement.
Safe Handling of Enzymes
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. For detailed handling information, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.
