DJP-6000 is a high-concentrated Alkaline protease produced from strains of Bacillus licheniformis through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process.
It can catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins under alkaline conditions. It is suitable for the food and brewing industry.
Applications and Benefits
DJP-6000 is applied to the hydrolysis of animal and plant proteins in the food industry to produce peptides or amino acids to form protein hydrolysates with unique flavor and improve the nutritional value of proteins.
- In the production of condiments, DJP-6000 can increase the content of amino acids in condiments and improve the flavor.
- In the production of chondroitin, using DJP-6000 can help to increase the yield and purity.
- In the production of heparin sodium, using DJP-6000 can improve molecular uniformity and product purity.
- In leather processing, using DJP-6000 can simplify the process, shorten the cycle, improve the quality of the finished product, increase the yield, and reduce the cost.
- In silk degumming, using DJP-6000 helps to avoid the silk fibroin being damaged, enabling lint-free and fluffy.
- DJP-6000 can greatly improve the decontamination effect in detergents and other cleaning products.
