Product Description

Description
Lipase LP-100 is produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation, extraction, and refining process. Its high activity and conversion rate enable LP-100 to not only hydrolyze fat, producing mono- or diglycerides and free fatty acids, but also catalyze ester synthesis and transesterification reactions.

LP-100 has a wide range of applications in industries such as detergents, feed additives, flour improvement, food supplements, dairy flavoring, oil refining, degreasing in food production, cosmetics, and other industries.

applications and benefits
>>Animal skin degreasing
Compared to conventional soda degreasing, the use of LP-100 in pig skin degreasing avoids damage to collagen fibers and enables the skin to be soft and easy to dye. In addition to degreasing during preparation, it can also be mixed with neutral protease during hair removal, which has better hair removal effects than using protease alone. In particular, it can solve the problem that the fat layer of pig skin is thick and the later finished products are easy to be "soaked in oil". In the softening process of tanning (i.e. the enzyme softening process), the use of LP-100 in combination with neutral protease can shorten the enzyme softening time by 20% to 30%, and the leather has good softness, has a mercerized feel, is non-greasy, plump and strong.
Recommended dosage: 0.02~0.06% (based on raw material mass). The actual dosage shall be determined through testing and trials.

>>Animal feed
Adding LP-100 to animal feed can help to release short-chain fatty acids, thus maximizing the utilization of raw material and improving the flavor of the feedstuff.
Recommended dosage: 0.01~0.05% (based on raw material mass). The actual dosage shall be determined through testing and trials.

>>Papermaking
Lipase is mainly used in the degreasing process in sulfite pulping. By removing the resin in the pulp, it reduces the impact of resin deposition on paper quality.
Recommended dosage: 0.04~0.1kg/ton of pulp. The actual dosage shall be determined through testing and trials.
