Product Description

HA-306LFG is a food-grade Alpha-Amylase produced from selected strains of Bacillus licheniformis through submerged fermentation and refining extraction processes. It is suitable for the liquefaction of starch materials in alcohol, starch sugar, brewing, organic acid and other industries.

Benefits
> Quick viscosity reduction allowing for higher concentration of solids
> Lower viscosities improve heat exchanger efficiency
> Improved performance at low slurry temperatures
> Enables cost-effective liquefaction
> Stabilized products maintain constant activity during storage
> Higher-activity products reduce stockpile, handling, and shipping costs

Packaging, Storage & Shelf-life
30kg food-grade HDPE plastic drums, or 1125kg IBC totes. Customized packaging is available upon request.
The typical shelf-life is 18 months if it is stored at 025°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from direct sunlight.
Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may lead to a higher dosage requirement, and thus should be avoided.

Safe Handling of Enzymes
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. For detailed handling information, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
